Privacy Policy

The short version

This site collects two things: what you type into the service or fleet forms, and, only if you allow it, anonymous analytics about which pages people read. We use form submissions to call you back about your vehicle. We do not sell anything to anyone.

What the forms collect

The service request form asks for your name, phone number, what you are driving, what is wrong with it, whether it is drivable, and where it is. The fleet form asks for your company, contact name, phone, email, fleet size and what you need. That is all of it. There are no hidden fields beyond a spam trap that real people never see.

Submissions are emailed to the shop. If you tell us you are stranded or need a tow, the details are also sent by text message to whoever is on dispatch, because that is faster than waiting for somebody to check an inbox.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not send marketing email. If you hear from us, it is about your vehicle.
• We do not run advertising or retargeting pixels on this site.
• We do not use a third-party review widget, so no review company learns that you visited.

Cookies and analytics

Nothing non-essential loads before you choose. If you accept analytics, this site uses Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to measure which pages get used, with IP addresses anonymized. If you decline, those scripts are never added to the page at all. You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. The cookie policy has the detail.

The map

The map on this site is a static picture with a button on it. Google is only involved if you press that button, at which point Google's own terms and cookies apply to the embedded map.

Spam protection

Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile, which reads browser signals to tell a person from a bot. It does not ask you to identify traffic lights, and it is not used to track you across sites.

How long we keep it

Form submissions live in the shop's email and, for urgent jobs, in dispatch text history. They are kept as long as they are useful for the repair and any warranty question that follows it. If you want your enquiry deleted, call the shop and ask.

Your choices

You can decline analytics, withdraw that consent later, or ask us to delete an enquiry you have sent. To make any of those requests, or to ask what we hold about you, call (435) 529-3711 and say it is about the website.

Children

This site is for people arranging vehicle repair. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
