An RV breakdown is different from a truck breakdown, because the people in it usually have nowhere else to be and often have kids in the back. We try to treat it that way: tell you honestly how long it is going to take, and tell you early if the answer is that you should be looking at a hotel in Richfield rather than waiting on us.
